Through this portal you will have the opportunity to view and manage important information such as a history of every service call to any of your buildings, including the location information, order contact, time and date of the service call, onsite location contact, before and after photos of all repairs made and/or of deficiencies noted for additional consideration, a brief assessment of the roof system, and the costs associated with the service call, or additional work needed. You will also have an aging report showing all invoices due, paid and in the system. All of this information will be available to download in usable formats to assist you in better managing your roofing assets. RoofHelpUSA™ will also customize the information in your portal to meet your internal demands (within certain parameters).
And here’s the icing on the cake; RoofHelpUSA™ costs you absolutely nothing until you have a need and make the call. Then you will be charged only for the service call based upon annual nationally advertised pricing for labor and materials (which can be quoted to you at the time of your call for the region of the country you are calling the order in for), and a predetermined NTE (Not To Exceed) amount established during your first call or as negotiated for a national contract.
