Using RoofMAP™ our proprietary hand-held (Mobile Electronic Service Information Device), our skilled technicians will electronically complete a survey of your roof. At the completion of the service call, the service technician will upload the information gathered in RoofMAP™ to our server which instantly prepares a Work Completion Report that describes the nature of the leak(s) and the actions they took to correct them, generates a near-scale drawing identifying the approximate location of the problem areas, and inputs the photo documentation of the deficiency before and after the repairs were completed.

In addition to the hard copy of the report that we will send you...You will also be able to quickly access this information through your private portal on the RoofHelpUSA website.

If our technicians believe that further repairs are necessary to effectively complete the service to eliminate current water intrusion into the building... A RoofHelpUSA representative may immediately contact you by phone and / or email to gain verbal authorization for the work while the service technician is still onsite.

If your RoofHelpUSA technician finds that other work is needed that is critical to the current or future serviceability of your roof system... We will furnish you with a proposal for the recommended additional work that describes the recommended actions and options, photos of the defects, and the associated costs.

Unfortunately we sometimes find roofs in a distressed condition... In cases where the RoofHelpUSA service technician recommends extensive repair, rehabilitation or even a total replacement, a RoofHelpUSA Asset Management Specialist will re-visit the site and thoroughly review the site conditions and make recommendations to advise the owner of the most cost effective course of action to take.
